Anxiety Workshop
This 1-day seminar provides the opportunity for people to address overwhelming feelings of fear in a safe environment, utilizing the sensitive nature of horses to assist in overcoming anxiety. For people who may feel intimidated by the size of a horse, this is an amazing opportunity with the support of a mental health clinician and equine specialist, to increase self-awareness and learn to manage stressful emotions. $150 per person - includes lunch and snacks
