Arming Yourself With Information To Make The Best Decisions On Your Group Benefit Program

This informative Roundtable will provide you with a general overview of group benefit options, the trends impacting ongoing cost and some tangible cost management solutions. What questions should you ask and what type of detail should you be requesting from your carrier in order to manage your benefit plan cost while supporting the wellness of your employees?  Find out with insight from industry insiders' Genevieve (Genny) Kelln and Denise Henderson from Capri Insurance who we welcome to facilitate this session.   

Denise entered the group benefit industry in 1985, has been a licensed insurance representative since 1995 and obtained her Group Benefit Associate (GBA) designation in 2002. She joined Capri Insurance as a Group Benefit, Pension and Wellness Consultant in December 2014. Her strengths include underwriting, problem solving, contractual interpretation, collective bargaining support, and reducing the complexity in the group benefit process for her clients.

Genny began her career as a Group Benefits Advisor in 2011 with Capri Insurance. She likes to think 'outside the box' to help employers design a plan that suits the needs of their employees. Her skill set includes educating clients on their programs and developing solutions to target areas of concern, an understanding of collective bargaining agreements with unions, and the underwriting process.
