Thank you in advance for your support and joining the movement to SAVE LIVES! We invite you and your teams to join us this summer!

Join us for an Blood Drive Challenge during the month of August! Your group could have a direct impact on saving lives for Canadian hospital patients this summer! We have almost 1400 appointments in  the Interior August  (178 of those are open appointments in Kamloops on August 15^th, 16^th and 17th) We are inviting donors to book into and we need your support. Blood donation provides hope, can be a gift of time with loved ones and can bring together a community of people to save lives.  Every donations counts!

How do you book your appointment?

Online at blood.ca or download our Give Blood app

Got a group of 3 or more people who want to donate? No problem! Just email pfl.bc@blood.ca with your preferred date, time and how many appointments and we will send you a sign-up sheet.

What do you need to know:

• You must be 17+ to donate.
• Please take the eligibility quiz before you donate: https://blood.ca/en/blood/eligibility-quiz

• Travel in the last year outside of Canada or the USA:  https://blood.ca/en/blood/travel

Please make sure you hydrate (at least 2L of water day before and 1 L of water day of), eat before you donate, be generally feeling well and bring photo ID
