In this Team Building Workshop, Azami Sports will take your team through 10 activities that will:

• Let the team learn about themselves and eachother
• Learn how to use their particular strengths and compensating for each other’s weaknesses
• Learn how to work together to accomplish tasks and resolve issues
• Show them the value of decision making together
• Allow your team to get to know eachother on a more personal level
• Develop strong relationships which greatly influence the workplace atmosphere

Having your team participate in our Team Building Workshop will:

• increase productivity if your office
• influence the workplace atmosphere, creating better employee contentment and retention
• build team members that are aligned and committed to the teams’ overall performance
• improve the outlook, energy, and interactions with each of your team members
• build a team that is committed to each other and their goals, supporting anyone that is struggling
• allow the team manager to switch from a problem-solving “damage control” role to a proactive coaching role, setting the bar higher and growing team results over the long term

Teams of 4-10 are ideal for this workshop.
Maximum 10 teams will be accepted.
Teams will go through 10 team building exercises designed by Azami Sports.
Noble Pig Reception will include a Noble Pig Brewery Tour, appetizers and 1 beer flight (or substitute) per person.
