The Chilcotin Ark: A Photographer's Journey

The Chilcotin Ark: A Photographer's Journey

Join photographer Chris Harris as he shares his 30-year journey capturing photos of the Cariboo Chilcotin Coast. The vast area, now protected as the "Chilcotin Ark" is a 2.5 million hectare area larger than Belgium, and a remote bioverse very few have had the privilege to know.

This multimedia slideshow presentation with stories of the land and peoples is a launch for Chris' latest book Cariboo Chilcotin Coast: A Photographer's Journey.

The event is FREE with donations to the Student and City Food Banks suggested.

This presentation is sponsored by TRU Biological Sciences and the Kamloops Photo Arts Club.
