Join us at the winery for an intimate dinner and wine pairing. Chef Ryan Clark, owner of Clark's Catering and previous owner of Bistro 326, has put together an exquisite menu to showcase our wines and the local terrior. Sharing the experience with you will be owner's Ed & Vicki Collett as well as our wine maker, Michael Bartier. Michael has earned a deserved reputation for quality wines. His wine making style is driven by his belief that wine is made in the vineyard and that it is meant to be enjoyed with food. Over the course of the evening, Michael will speak about the wines, the process in making them, our terroir and what makes us unique from the other regions of British Columbia.
